EP consisting of microcassette recordings taken in 2019. "Side 1 (Train)" is from September while "Side 2 (Walk)" is unknown but most likely from October. Recorded to a Sony microcassette with a GE 3-5371A recorder.

"Side 1 (Train)" was used on "untitled demo (Dmaj7 + Amaj7)" and reused on the updated "Dmaj7 + Amaj7," as well as being used during the drone on "Sickeningly Sweet, Clinging to Life."

Artwork is available for each side, featuring film photographs taken by Kaiden Jackman on the same evening in September 2019 in downtown Calgary. All downloads of the album come with copies of each side's artwork alongside the EP cover.
